These terms apply to geo.cpitu.com, firms.cpitu.com, site.cpitu.com and fix.cpitu.com (the "offer pages") and to the free resources and offers on them. By using an offer page you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The offer pages are run by FLATELA (PTY) LTD, registration number 2026/291183/07, 75 Kanna Street, Northmead Ext 4, Benoni, 1501, Gauteng, South Africa ("Flatela", "we", "us"). Our privacy notice is at https://www.flatelainc.co.za/privacy.

2. Free resources

Free snapshots, checklists and domain checks are given as-is, for information only. They are not professional advice for your specific situation and you should not rely on them alone. We do not promise any search or AI ranking, traffic, deliverability or other result unless that promise is written into a signed statement of work (SOW).

3. Prices

Prices are in rand. No VAT is charged. Prices on the offer pages are valid until we change them, and we may change them at any time. The price that binds us is the one in your signed quote or SOW. Microsoft licences are billed by Microsoft, not by us.

4. Paid work

We do paid work only under the FLATELA (PTY) LTD Standard Services Agreement together with a quote or SOW you have accepted in writing. If anything on an offer page differs from the signed quote, SOW or Standard Services Agreement, the signed documents win. Page copy is a description, not a contract.

5. Guarantees

Any guarantee, refund or "free if late" promise applies only as written in your signed SOW, with the conditions set out there.

6. Trademarks

ChatGPT, Gemini, Google and Microsoft are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We use the names only to describe what our services relate to.

7. Using the domain checker

Only check domains you own or administer, or have permission to check. The checker reads public DNS and certificate records only. Do not use it to target or harass others, or to try to overload or misuse our systems. We may block use that breaks this rule.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other law allow, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of a free resource or the offer pages, which are provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude. Liability for paid work is governed by the Standard Services Agreement.

9. Law and courts

South African law applies. The courts of Gauteng have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have under consumer law.
